what do an elefant and a castle have in common?

i had the day off yesterday and whether than just hanging out at the house at which i'm staying, i actually got out and explored a bit of the city. i decided to make my first outting quite artistic, as i went to a new media/art exhibit at the London College of Communication called Interact1 which included installments/videos/web-based apps from the likes of The Light Surgeons, StencilRevolution, Google Image Search, etc. it was actually my first real day out in the city on my own and i must say that it was quite exciting. i took the bus there, but i decided to take the tube back......also a first for me; it was such a day of exploration and fun.

also, Resfest2004 is this weekend here in London at the NFT. in all the time i've been a subscriber to RES Magazine, i've never lived any closer than 4 1/2 hours away from the nearest location, so hopefully, since i'm only about a 35 min tube ride from the NFT, i will take advantage and go. i'm definitely planning on going saturday with Sam Hargreaves (my "supervisor" for my job), but i hope i can go tomorrow night also. although, on top of Resfest tomorrow night, Paul Oakenfold is going to be at The Gallery and UNKLE is going to be at Fabric.......hmmmmm, choices, choices.

so......what do an elefant and a castle have in common? the tube station i used yesterday after going to the exhibit is called Elefant & Castle. i know......not very interesting, but i thought it made a witty title.
